| Office hours are 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. |
| Our offices are not open during weekends or
national holidays, although orders can be placed 24 hours a day 365
days a year. Orders placed outside of normal business hours will be
processed on the morning of the following working day. |

We will answer your emails as quickly as possible.
We are an Internet based company and we are unable to provide a
telephone contact due to high call volumes. We will however respond
to emails by telephone if the matter is of sufficient urgency. |
