Our service does not cover properties
in Scotland, Ireland or the Isle of Man. We are an independent
search and document provider. The documents that we provide
are official copies as held at HM Land Registry. |

You are paying www.landregisters.co.uk
to search the Land Register of England and Wales to ascertain
whether a property or piece of land is registered and whether
there are any documents available at the Land Registry. |

You are paying for our time to carry
out the search and any disbursements incurred in the process.
The cost of this is included in the price stated when ordering
your documents. If it is necessary for us to carry out a
search of the Index Map and we find that the property specified
is not registered, or if there are no documents held by
HM Land Registry, you will not be entitled to a full refund. |

Your Title documents will be sent to
you in Portable Document Format (PDF) by email once we have
located them. This is usually done within several business
hours if a registered Title number is assigned to your property.
Occasionally this may take longer, but we endeavor to provide
all documents within a 24 hour period. If the Title for
the specified property is not registered, we will automatically
carry out a manual search of the Index Map. This process
may take several days and therefore your documents will
be provided within several hours of us locating them. |

information obtained from our customers and we do not use
any such information to send unsolicited email. We respect
your privacy and we will only use the information that we
collect from you lawfully and in accordance with the Data

As our service is one which is to
be provided within a period of less than 7 working days
your right to a “cooling-off” period does not
apply. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order you must
do so before we begin to process your order. This complies
with The Distance Selling Directive. In the even that you
do need to cancel your order, please email customerservices@landregisters.co.uk
immediately. |

In all cases where are full refund
is given, a £5 administration fee will be deducted
to cover the cost of Bank and other charges incurred by
us. |
