of Title. This official document is required for every registered

Tenure
Any mortgages or registered charges
Purchase price (If mortgaged or sold since 2000)
Details of any restrictions or covenants
Other rights, such as rights of way affecting the property

Unfortunately we are unable to provide documents for properties
in Scotland, Ireland or the Isle of Man.
